MDF is a versatile and affordable material that can be used to manufacture a range of products. It is made from wood fibres, which means that it doesn't have an actual grain, meaning it had a very smooth surface which is ideal for print application, painting or varnishing. Our CNC routing machine can also produce virtually any shape from MDF panels.

MDF is also an ideal material for creating lightbox signs. Using MDF, Visual Imaging can create a durable box which can then be fitted with things such as acrylic letters and LED lighting. Add a splash of paint or printed vinyl to the MDF and you have a great looking lightbox sign on your hands.
