ACM Panels

Aluminium composite panels (often known as ACM, sandwich panel, signboard, Alucobond or composite board) provides an outstanding level of flatness together with a high corrosion resistance and very low expansion factor. ACM offers excellent mechanical properties and is lighter than steel or solid aluminium. ACM weight is 3.4 times less than steel and 1.6 times less than aluminium for equal rigidity. With high popularity in the signage industry, it has a low density polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets. This provides an exceptionally light yet rigid panel suitable for a wide range of durable applications, specifically outdoor commercial signage.

• ACM offers a weight versus durability ratio that makes it ideal for store-front signage.

• Printed vinyl can be applied to the face of ACM, allowing any graphics or prints to be used on ACM panelling.

• ACM panels can also be used for exterior building cladding to excellent effect.
